山东潍坊鲁中拖拉机有限公司是一家集研发、制造、销售为一体的拖拉机生产厂家。其前身是成立于1996年6月的山东潍坊鲁中拖拉机厂。1998年3月改制为山东潍坊鲁中拖拉机有限公司。公司注册资本5000万元，截至2015年底，资产总额23766万，年销售额4.4亿元。是中国农机协会理事单位。

一、公司主要产品

主要产品为“鲁中”牌系列180-280单缸四轮拖拉机，300/350、400/550、600、700/800、900系列中马力和1000、1104、1204、1304、1404、1504、160、1804、2004系列大马力轮式拖拉机。

二、公司软硬件投入情况

公司拥有先进的机械加工、冲压、焊接、喷涂、磷化设备和整机装配件，年生产拖拉机能力达到10万台。近几年内，公司累计投资2476万用于更新设备，包括数控机床、工艺工装模具以及检验检测设备。使生产技术大大提升，质量安全得到了保障。

公司现有职工335人，大中专毕业生占全部人数的65%，其中，研发人员33人，拥有工程师、高极工程师资格的比例达到11%以上。

公司十分重视研发投入，每年拿出销售收入的5%作为研发经费，购买先进的技术设备，并派遣研发人员进行交流学习，使得研发水平大大提高，产品设计更合理、更人性化。2010年被潍坊市科技局评为“潍坊市大中马力拖拉机工程技术研究中心”，2016年被潍坊市发改局评为“潍坊市拖拉机工程”

II. The Company’s Input into Software and Hardware

The company has advanced mechanic processing, punching, welding, spraying and phosphating equipment, as well as complete machine assembly components. Its annual capacity of manufacturing tractors has reached 100,000. In recent years, the company has invested 24.76 million yuan in updating equipment, including CNC machine tools, technology and equipment molds and testing & examination equipment. This greatly improves the company’s production technology and guarantees products’ quality and safety.
